HOW TO SCREEN:

CHOOSE ONE OF THE TWO SELFIE OPTIONS BELOW & UPLOAD THE PHOTO. YOUR SELFIE PHOTO MUST MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN ORDER TO BE APPROVED. IF YOUR PHOTO DOESN'T MEET THE CRITERIA IT WILL BE DENIED & YOU WILL HAVE TO RESUBMIT THE FORM WITH THE PROPER CRITERIA.

OPTION 1: SELFIE ID
- Selfie holding passport or drivers license only (Picture, name & DOB must legible. Any other info can be covered)
- Picture must be well lit (not dark, grainy or blurry)
- Nothing should be obstructing your face (ex sun glasses, mask etc)

OPTION 2: SELFIE SIGN
- Selfie holding a piece of paper with my name & the current date written on it (Writing must be legible)
- Picture must be well lit (not dark, grainy or blurry)
- Nothing should be obstructing your face (ex sun glasses, mask etc)
